Professional Package

Costs 15% Per Booking

  • Standard cleaning and linens included

  • $50 emergency fee applicable (propane smell or refill, water leak, locked out, extra towels, etc.)

  • Co-hosting and vetting potential guests 

  • Co-management of chosen host websites

  • Co-management of rental amenities 

  • $25 Trash Service Available

PAPA BEAR PACKAGE

Premium Package

Costs 20% Per Booking

  • Standard cleaning and linens included

  • $50 emergency fee applicable (propane smell or refill, water leak, locked out, extra towels, etc.)

  • Co-hosting and vetting potential guests 

  • Co-management of chosen host websites

  • Shopping and delivery services for rental amenities at cost (linens, coffee, etc.)

  • Trash Service Included

  • Guest communication services​

  • Pre-season Inventory

Choose trash service option

COMPLETE CONTRACT

  1. Guests take trash with them or sets trash out on driveway for trash day removal

  2. Sophia's Cottage sets trash out for trash day disposal every week

  3. Sophia's Cottage disposes of trash at local trash facility per booking
